Q: What is the check-in process and time?
A: Check-in is self-service. The key will be securely stored and you will receive detailed instructions prior to arrival. Check-in begins from 15:00.
You are welcome to drop off luggage from 11:00 while we prepare the flat, subject to availability. This may not be possible if the previous guests have not yet returned the key or if no cleaner is on site.
If you arrive after the key collection location has closed, we can arrange delivery of the key by taxi. Please note that taxi fees will apply.
Q: What time is check-out?
A: Standard check-out time is 11:00.
Late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges:
Between 11:00 and 18:00: 50% of the daily rate


After 18:00: full daily rate


Luggage storage after check-out may be possible depending on same-day arrivals. Please contact us in advance to confirm availability.
Q: Is housekeeping provided during the stay?

A: Each guest is provided with one bath towel per stay. A washing machine is available for your use. For stays longer than five nights, additional towels may be available upon request, subject to stock. Please contact us and we will be happy to check availability.
Q: Is parking available?
A: Parking is available on nearby streets; however, all street parking in central London is paid and regulated. We do not offer private or free parking, as spaces are reserved for residents only.
Please check parking fees and restrictions on the signage by each parking bay. We also recommend using apps such as JustPark to pre-book and pay for parking officially.
Q: Are toiletries and a hairdryer provided?
A: Yes, the flat is equipped with shampoo, shower gel, and a hairdryer for your convenience. If anything is missing or needs attention, please contact us and we will assist as quickly as possible.
Q: Can I extend my stay?
A: Extensions are subject to availability. If the flat is already booked, we may be able to offer an alternative property from our portfolio in central London. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will be happy to check the available options for you.

The place was exactly as advertised— the perfect size, quiet neighborhood near two tube stops. The owner was accommodating and had great communication.

We also booked this rental in May about 5 months ahead of our travel plans. The apartment was not exactly as described online. Positive: location was very goodAnd Bathroom was clean. Negative: Bed is not King and was old and lumpy. Basement unit with tricky, dark staircase. Cupboard in kitchen was falling out and propped up by trashcan. The internet went out day 3. Owners were slow to assist and did supply a temp unit but did not have enough bandwidth to watch tv. Not the experience we were hoping for based on the pics and description on VRBO.

Sadly our experience was very disappointing. We booked in April this year based on the fact the property information listed was accurate i.e. a washer, dryer and air conditioner - three criteria we were looking for when booking. A couple of days prior to our arrival we received access information and was surprised to see it was a basement apartment with access via stairs. This was not mentioned in the property information when booking and would have determined if we proceeded with the booking or not. On arrival I messaged our host to ask about the air conditioning as it was apparent no air conditioner was available. I received a reply that there were 2 fans and to just plug them in. Later when using the washing machine, I noticed the absence of a dryer. Again I messaged to ask if there was at least a clothes airer to hang the washing. Unfortunately I didn't hear anything for nearly 3 days. We were told there was a drying rack however it was fixed to the bathroom wall and was impossible to hang clothes from. The listing has since been changed to not include aircon or dryer. I'm not sure if this was due to my query or had been changed some time ago, but believe we should have been notified these facilities weren't available and given the option as to if we wanted to proceed with the booking. It was totally dishonest to change information and not advise us. There's also maintenance issues needing attendance. On the plus side the location is perfect for getting around.

For Me, This Is Perfect

Whilst traveling often for extended stays abroad, a safe, quiet, centralized location is most desired. This -1 level private entrance apartment was just precisely what I wish for in every visit. Charming, quiet neighborhood; a stone's through from Paddington Station; plenty of food locations the same and appointed nicely. I would definitely stay again at this location.Much thanks
