Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located, peaceful flat.
Conveniently located in South Kensington / Chelsea. An 8-minute walk to both South Kensington or Gloucester Road tube stations. 15-minute walk to the Natural History Museum and Victoria and Albert Museum.
While very conveniently located, this flat is quiet and is an urban oasis away from the hustle and bustle. Situated at the back of the building, the living room features tall windows overlooking a private garden.
The space
This private flat is a period building but renovated on the interior. It boasts beautiful light in the living/dining room, a compact but fully functional kitchen, a bathroom with tub, and a bedroom with a king size bed. There is a queen size fold-down sofa bed in the living room that can comfortably accommodate one person. Additional linens for the sofa bed may be provided upon request. There is no TV. This flat is my primary home and therefore my personal belongings will be there during your stay; the space is not suitable for young children or those traveling with lots of luggage.

Quiet Hours, Guests, Smoking, Pets:
âąQuiet hours are 10 PM - 7 AM. No loud music / parties allowed in the unit out of respect for the neighbors.
âąNo extra guests allowed on the property outside of the count reserved with the booking. If you need to adjust your guest count, please modify your reservation or send me a message for help.
âąNo smoking of any kind (including vapes) anywhere on the property/grounds, including garage. A ÂŁ500 smoking fee will apply if there are signs and/or odor of smoking.
âąNo pets on property, excluding service animals. Bringing a non-pre-approved pet will result in an additional fee of ÂŁ500.
Laundry:
âą I am happy to offer free access to the washer / dryer during your stay. You are welcome to use my detergent but please replace what you use.
