Our secure, well-maintained building houses 17 private self-catering studios, ideal for guests who value independence, comfort, and privacy. Designed for more extended stays, it's an excellent choice for students, digital nomads, and solo travellers looking for a peaceful and well-connected base.
Each studio is bright, fully furnished, and completely self-contained. It features a comfortable bed, a modern en-suite bathroom, and a private kitchenette equipped with a fridge, hob, microwave, dishwasher, and essential cookware — everything you need to feel at home. High-speed Wi-Fi is included, which is ideal for remote work, study, or streaming. There is also a shared washer/dryer on the ground floor.
Enjoy full flexibility with self-check-in via smart locks, allowing you to arrive anytime that suits you. While there's no daily cleaning or breakfast service, mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee so you can enjoy your stay on your own terms.

We kindly ask all guests to respect our strict no-smoking policy throughout the property. If evidence of smoking is found during or after your stay (such as smoke odours, ashes, or cigarette butts), a smoking fee of up to £300 may be charged to cover additional cleaning and restoration costs.
