Each studio is bright, fully furnished, and completely self-contained. It features a comfortable bed, a modern en-suite bathroom, and a private kitchenette equipped with a fridge, hob, microwave, dishwasher, and essential cookware — everything you need to feel at home. High-speed Wi-Fi is included, which is ideal for remote work, study, or streaming. There is also a shared washer/dryer on the ground floor.

Enjoy full flexibility with self-check-in via smart locks, allowing you to arrive anytime that suits you. While there's no daily cleaning or breakfast service, mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee so you can enjoy your stay on your own terms.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

There are CCTV cameras in the communal areas and externally.

Noise can be heard from the street outside.

We kindly ask all guests to respect our strict no-smoking policy throughout the property. If evidence of smoking is found during or after your stay (such as smoke odours, ashes, or cigarette butts), a smoking fee of up to £300 may be charged to cover additional cleaning and restoration costs.

To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone in the building, parties, excessive noise, and unregistered visitors are not permitted. If these rules are breached, we may need to take appropriate action, which could include ending the reservation early. Any costs incurred as a result may be charged in accordance with the booking terms.
