Just a short stroll from Hyde Park, you can enjoy peaceful walks, picnics, or morning jogs in one of London's most iconic green spaces. The area is full of cafés, traditional pubs, and international restaurants, giving you plenty of dining options right on your doorstep. Excellent transport links, including Paddington Station and several Underground stops, make it easy to reach all corners of the city or even take a quick trip to Heathrow via the Heathrow Express. This is an ideal base for exploring London with its lively atmosphere, leafy streets, and unbeatable connections.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.
The nearest train station, Royal Oak, is just a 6-minute walk.
Heathrow Airport is a 38-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge ÂŁ50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of ÂŁ300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
