Nestled in the heart of Notting Hill, this flat is surrounded by the charm and character that the area is famous for. Explore the vibrant Portobello Road Market, enjoy the diverse dining options, or relax in the lush green spaces of Hyde Park. This neighborhood offers a lively yet laid-back atmosphere, perfect for immersing yourself in the local lifestyle.

Conveniently located, the flat is a short walk from Bayswater and Queensway tube stations, offering easy access to the Central and District lines. Buses are also readily available, making it simple to explore all that London has to offer.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
