Spacious 3 double bed flat, is located in the well renown Hamstead residential area.
The flat benefit from large living space with its American kitchen (fully furnished) opening on the living room with comfortable sofa, TV and WIFI.
The bedrooms are spacious and offer plenty of storage. A perfect place to feel home either for a short or longer stay.
Golders Green tube is 5min away, West Hampstead Station, 10min.
Walk 10min and enjoy peaceful atmosphere and fresh air in Golders Hill Park.

Also good to know for the student ESCP is only 15 min walk from the Flat.
For grocery you will find a Co-op at the corner of the street.

Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time of 6 P.M. instead of 3 P.M.
The property will only accept the number of adults booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted.
Each guest will be asked to submit a form of identification once the reservation has been created and upon check-in.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
No noise policy in-place between 9PM to 7AM.
Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked-in.
Check-out at any other time apart from the designated arrangement of 10AM on the morning of the last day without prior mutual consent, you will be liable for a call-out charge of ÂŁ55. This fee will account for the extra costs towards the housekeeper for working overtime, sending a worker to travel to a different location to obtain another set of keys, payment for producing a separate key and cancellation/rescheduling the cleaning services.
Should the above policies not be respected, a penalty fee will apply to the guest(s) for any damage(s) caused to the property.
A penalty fare of ÂŁ150 will be charged on your deposit if you smoke in the property.
