• Do you provide linen and towels? Yes, all fresh, pressed bed linen and big fluffy towels are provided!

• Is there parking? Pay and display parking in surrounding streets.

• 5th and 6 guests will be provided with a single Jay Be Be each, when booking for 5 or 6 people you need to select the exact number of guests so we can have the linen and towels arranged for the 5th and 6th guest and so we can inform the team monitoring the cctv so you can have smooth access to the property: if you book for 4 people and you are 5 or 6 people you won’t have access to the property unless you amend the exact number of guests on the airbnb app.

•Check ins from 10pm-2am incur £50 Extra charge.

- Sending all guests Passports photos before check in is mandatory.
- We will only release the keys to the person who made the booking unless agreed beforehand.

House Rules:
£1000 fine for parties and immediate cancellation of the booking with no refund. £1000 fine for smoking inside the property.

Only registered guests are allowed on the property. IDs of all guests must be sent before check-in.

If you are booking for a total of 5 or 6 guests please choose the right number of guests so we can make arrangement to add an extra Jay Be Bed for the 5th and 6th person.

£250 extra charge for losing house keys (£250 per one key lost, if you lose a set of 2 keys you will be charged £500)
