The property consists of a newly decorated modern kitchen / breakfast area, a spacious living / dining room, 2 bedrooms, 2 storage rooms and 1.5 bathrooms
- Elegantly decorated living room has a 3-seater sofa-bed and additional one-seater sofa chair, a Smart TV, a dining table for 6 & chairs
- Kitchen and breakfast area - breakfast table for 2, all the necessary kitchen amenities, toaster, kettle, pots & pans, plates & cutlery + much more
- Master bedroom - with a king size bed, a drawer, dressing table and a open rail shelf & hangers
- Bedroom 2 - with a double-bed, a drawer, dressing table and a open rail shelf & hangers
- Bathroom 1- has a shower, toilet and a wash basin

There will be some complimentary tea and coffee, as well as shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items included are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll which will last a couple of days. If you wish to purchase more for your stay there are a number of supermarkets and shops nearby
PARKING: Free parking outside the property and around, hower it's on a first-come-first-served basis and is not designated parking. The guests are advised to check the street signs for parking. Some of the parking areas are for residents only and we will not accept responsibility for any parking tickets.
