Flowing through to the living room, youâll find a bright, serene space ideal for unwinding or entertaining, complete with comfortable seating and stylish decor.
Downstairs you'll find the modern kitchen featuring high-end Miele appliances. The lower level also includes a a secondary living room; a cosy retreat with a large Smart TV, ideal for movie nights. A practical utility room with a washing machine and dryer sits nearby, while thoughtful design means there is a WC on every floor.
Climbing the architectural spine of the property, the wooden staircase, you'll reach the upper floor where all three bedrooms are located. Each room is designed with comfort in mind, featuring king-size beds, premium linens, plush towels and generous storage. The primary bedroom benefits from a sleek ensuite with a walk-in shower, while the main family bathroom includes a bathtub, overhead shower and even an in-built TV for added luxury.
