4 women on a girls trip - this could not have been a better location - loads of great restaurants (Dishoom was our fave!) and shopping. A remarkable week for us all. Property was clean, easy to access, comfy beds and linens and elegantly appointed

Perfect Location with Some Concerns

Overall, for us, it was a 3 rating. While it was a perfect location and held us comfortably, there were unaddressed issues. Toaster didn’t work, stove didn’t heat up, and some of the lights in the kitchen and hallway would pop the circuit breaker when turned on, so we quit using them. There were signs of neglect of the property when we got there: the carpet on the stairs leading up to the main floor were rife with stains; the living room curtains came off the track; and the chairs in the kitchen were missing protective plastic bottoms, thus the luxury vinyl floor has some scratches that were present when we got there and will continue if unattended. The main problem, however, was with the lack of communication. When I reported a concern with the toaster, it was ignored. The only checkout instructions were where to leave the key. We were not told where to put the garbage nor anything else that is typical of a check out instruction. Consequently, we left three bags of garbage tied up in the living room as well as rinsed items for recycling. The home was left in the best condition possible and we hope the cleaning crew comes in to remove the garbage soon.That said, should they address the concerns, and improve the communication, this would be a great place to stay!

Beautiful Flat in Great Location

My family and I stayed in this gorgeous flat right in the heart of Notting Hill for 3 nights. It was modern and spacious. Walkable to the tube and tons of shops and restaurants. Portobello Road Market was a fun experience with lots of vendors lining the streets. Only issue we had was with the Nespresso, which didn't seem to be working (perhaps user error?). I reached out to property manager with no response.
