To respect the neighbours, we kindly ask you to keep noise to a minimum.
Unfortunately, City Relay cannot take responsibility for lost keys or personal belongings.
Please dispose of rubbish according to the property’s instructions.
While we love pets, this property can only accommodate service dogs.
The property can only host the number of guests as per your booking confirmation. Extra guests will need to be pre-arranged or may incur additional charges.
Before you arrive, we’ll ask you to complete a quick pre-check-in form and provide ID. Non-UK residents will need to share their passport, and UK nationals can use a passport or driver’s licence.

As this is a residential area, we kindly ask that you be mindful of noise, and please note that hen, stag, or similar parties aren’t permitted.

For any last-minute bookings (within 24 hours of arrival), check-in time might be a little later, from 4 P.M to 7 P.M, depending on availability. Do keep in mind that the key collection point and property may not always be at the same address.

We kindly request that the property is left in the same condition as when you arrived.

Our team is always here to help and make your stay as comfortable as possible. However, we do ask that everyone treats our staff with respect. In cases of abusive behaviour, we may have to cancel current or future bookings.

Regarding your check-in: Our standard self check-in typically involves picking up keys from a nearby Key Nest location or using an onsite lockbox. If you’d prefer a personal check-in, we can arrange for one of our team members to meet you at the property for a quick tour and key handover. For this service, there’s a fee of £30 between 4 P.M and 7 P.M, and £50 after 7 P.M.

To avoid any charges, we suggest inspecting the property upon arrival and reporting any damages or issues to us
