Charming Flat in Peaceful Belsize Park
Flooded with light and overlooking the pretty gardens of Belsize Park, this home close to gorgeous Englandâs Lane is a calm, quiet place to spend some time in London.
With wonderful coffee shops, delis, workout studios, Primrose Hill itself, grocery stores and salons all on your doorstep, and being only 20 minutes by tube from the centre of town, youâre perfectly placed to get the best out of London.
The space
The main garden-facing bedroom has a king size memory foam Nectar mattress with a switch by the bed to turn off the lights. There's a wall-mounted 43" 4k smart tv, situated perfectly for watching tv from bed. A large dressing table with lots of storage is near the window and there are fitted wardrobes along the entire back wall of the room, giving plenty of hanging space and a full length mirror. There are room darkening curtains.
The living room has a 50" tv, 4k and smart, on a fully adjustable wall mount so you can pull it out if you want to watch from the dining table.
The second garden-facing bedroom has a double bed and a well-sized fitted wardrobe with hanging space and shelving.
The kitchen has a gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso machine, microwave, toaster and kettle, as well as all utensils, baking trays and mixing bowls that you might need. There's a full sized fridge and freezer.
The bathroom is comprised of a shower over bath tub and storage under the sink.

The entire flat is yours and yours alone.
Other things to note
The flat is on the second floor and therefore has two flights of stairs leading up to it, there is no lift.
The loo's flush is not a modern automatic one, meaning you need to depress the handle completely to trigger a full flush.
The property is between Primrose Hill and Haverstock Hill, and just down the road from gorgeous Hampstead. Haverstock Hill has an Everyman Cinema, Joe & The Juice, food markets, library and arts space, and plenty of restaurants.
Primrose Hill viewpoint is a 10 minute walk away, it's a lovely spot to watch the sunset.
