Perfect for couples, families or small groups, the property comfortably hosts four guests and can accommodate up to six using the sofa beds in the living room. Tucked within a peaceful residential setting, it offers the ideal balance between a calm retreat and easy access to the energy of the capital.

The apartment features two thoughtfully arranged bedrooms and one contemporary bathroom with a shower, washing machine and dryer for added convenience. One bedroom includes a comfortable double bed, while the second offers a single trundle bed with an additional single beneath, ideal for flexible sleeping arrangements. The living room includes two sleeper sofas to accommodate additional guests, creating a sociable and adaptable space for relaxing together after a day out.

Styled in a bright, modern minimalist aesthetic, the interiors feel fresh, clean and welcoming throughout. The full kitchen is a standout feature, complete with sleek white cabinetry, streamlined handle-less units and marble-effect tiles that introduce a subtle touch of luxury. The neighbourhood sits in a charming pocket of West London between Queen’s Park, Paddington and Maida Vale, known for its leafy streets, attractive Victorian and Edwardian architecture and relaxed yet cosmopolitan feel. Queen’s Park itself offers expansive green space perfect for morning walks, picnics and family outings, while the surrounding streets are lined with independent cafĂ©s, local restaurants and boutique shops that give the area its authentic London character. It is a location that feels residential and peaceful, yet lively enough to offer plenty to see and enjoy.

Transport connections are excellent, with Queen’s Park, Kilburn Park, Maida Vale and Westbourne Park stations all within easy reach, providing convenient access across London. From here you can quickly travel into central London or explore some of West London’s most desirable neighbourhoods. Maida Vale is known for its elegant tree-lined avenues and beautiful mansion blocks, while nearby Little Venice offers picturesque canal walks, waterside cafĂ©s, charming pubs and boat trips along the Regent’s Canal. Within a short journey you can also reach Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens for open-air walks and boating, Notting Hill with its famous Portobello Road Market and colourful streets, and iconic attractions such as the British Museum, Tower of London, Buckingham Palace and the theatres of the West End, making sightseeing and day trips effortless.

Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of ÂŁ40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of ÂŁ60 would apply from 7pm onwards.

Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
