The property includes one well-appointed bathroom with a bath and shower combination, and is located on the fifth floor of a secure building with lift access.

The open-plan living area has a sofa and dining space, perfect for unwinding after a day out in the city. A private balcony offers a spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The kitchen comes equipped with essential appliances, making it easy to prepare home-cooked meals during your stay.

You’ll find plenty to enjoy nearby, from relaxed cafés to welcoming pubs where you can spend a leisurely evening. Popular spots include The Castle, a traditional pub with character, and Balans Soho Society Café for a more contemporary dining experience. There are also great local parks and green spaces close by, offering a refreshing contrast to the buzz of central London.

Transport connections are excellent, with North Acton Underground Station only a short walk from the property. The Central Line runs through the station, giving you quick and direct access to Oxford Circus, Notting Hill, and beyond. This makes the flat a fantastic choice for those wanting easy travel into the heart of London while enjoying the benefits of a quieter neighbourhood.

The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.

Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in is accessing with codes and then smart lock directly at the property. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards.

Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
