Welcome to our bright and well-presented one-bedroom house, located on a quiet private estate in Westhill Park, N6. The house offers a peaceful setting while remaining well connected to central London.
The open-plan living and dining area is filled with natural light and includes a comfortable sofa, dining table seating four, smart TV, and a dedicated desk space suitable for working.
The kitchen is fully equipped with:
Oven and gas hob
Fridge
Microwave, kettle and toaster
Dishwasher
Cookware, crockery and utensils
The bedroom features a comfortable double bed with quality linens and storage. A Loaf day bed in the living area can be used if required.
The modern bathroom includes a large walk-in shower, fresh towels, and a hairdryer stored in the bedroom wardrobe.

Shared garden access
Free parking on the private estate available on request
Self check-in via keypad
Please note there is no washing machine. Pets are not permitted. Guests are kindly asked to respect neighbours as this is a quiet residential area.
