This 80m² apartment on the 1st floor offers a flexible living/dining/home office area with a sofa along with a double bed, flat-screen TV, and dining table. High-speed 1 Gbps Wi-Fi is ideal for remote work or video calls.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a kettle, toaster, fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Delonghi coffee machine, and more. We provide all necessary cookware, dishes, and utensils. A washer/dryer is available for your convenience, along with an iron, ironing board, vacuum, mop, and broom.
Each of the three street-facing bedrooms has a queen-size bed with high-quality mattresses and linens. Bath towels are provided for all guests. The apartment has two bathrooms: an en-suite and one accessible via the hallway, both with a shower, sink, and toilet. We also provide complimentary toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper, and hand soap).
For safety, the apartment is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each stay. Heating is available during winter, and portable fans are provided (no air conditioning).

Policy Violations: Any breach of these rules will lead to an immediate cancellation of your reservation. Violations such as smoking, noise complaints, or improper trash disposal will incur fines up to £800.
Self-Check-In: Pick up property keys from a nearby location using a confirmation code provided after reservation confirmation. Self check-in is autonomous; no one will be on-site to meet you. For arrivals post-7:00 PM, support from our reservations team cannot be guaranteed, so please inform us in advance of any delays.
Check-Out: Upon departure, please leave the apartment as you found it, ensuring all lights, appliances, and heating/cooling systems are turned off. Follow the provided check-out instructions to return keys properly.
Cleaning and Linen Fees: Our fees reflect courteous guest use (cleaning up, storing dishes, and leaving the space as found). This is a residence, not a hotel, and an unreasonable mess will result in an additional cleaning fee of up to £800. The apartment will be professionally cleaned before your stay, though airflow and settling may naturally introduce dust particles prior to your arrival.

Early Check-In: May be requested but is not guaranteed; approval is required from the host for any check-in prior to 3:00 PM.
