There is a high-speed Wi-Fi Internet connection (1/Gbps) suitable for working from home and making video calls.
The fully equipped kitchen has a sink, toaster, electric tea kettle, full refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. The apartment has a combination clothes washer and dryer. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available.
The bedroom is street facing and furnished with a king bed and superior quality mattress. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has one full bathroom with a shower/bathtub, toilet and sink accessible via hallway. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay.
Our guestsâ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans are provided.

- Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.
A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of ÂŁ40 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for ÂŁ40. Both can be provide for ÂŁ60. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed.
*Management may occasionally need access to the property for maintenance, inspections, or viewings. This will always be arranged with prior notice between 8:00 and 19:00, except in the rare case of an emergency requiring immediate attention.

Policy Violations: Any breach of these rules will lead to an immediate cancellation of your reservation. Violations such as smoking, noise complaints, or improper trash disposal will incur fines up to ÂŁ800.
Self-Check-In: Pick up property keys from a nearby location using a confirmation code provided after reservation confirmation. Self check-in is autonomous; no one will be on-site to meet you. For arrivals post-7:00 PM, support from our reservations team cannot be guaranteed, so please inform us in advance of any delays.
Check-Out: Upon departure, please leave the apartment as you found it, ensuring all lights, appliances, and heating/cooling systems are turned off. Follow the provided check-out instructions to return keys properly.
Cleaning and Linen Fees: Our fees reflect courteous guest use (cleaning up, storing dishes, and leaving the space as found). This is a residence, not a hotel, and an unreasonable mess will result in an additional cleaning fee of up to ÂŁ800. The apartment will be professionally cleaned before your stay, though airflow and settling may naturally introduce dust particles prior to your arrival.
Check-In/Check-Out Times:
Early Check-In: May be requested but is not guaranteed; approval is required from the host for any check-in prior to 3:00 PM.
Late Check-In: ÂŁ50 fee between 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM; ÂŁ90 after 10:00 PM. After 1:00 AM: ÂŁ120.
Late Check-Out: Must be approved in advance. Unauthorized late check-outs will be charged at the full nightly rate.
