Summary:
There is not much to say about this property- it sells itself. Located in the heart of London's most classy and sought after neighbourhood, just off Belgrave Square, this is quintessential London Elegance with a family twist. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, terrace and garden. It's your London midsummer's dream.
The Space:
Located across 4 floors, this is the ultimate London experience. If Chapel Street were a person, they would be quintessential London, who holiday in Miami (where the owners are from). So while its sleek and stylish there is a sassy and fun filled edge to this home's personality. Welcoming and hospitable, with life centred around food, the kitchen, open living room for entertaining and lower ground play room for the kids. Not to mention a private balcony on the first floor and private terrace on the lower ground floor. We may have to fight you to get the keys back! :)
Guest Access:
You have access to the entire property including the garden. The whole apartment is yours to enjoy and relax in.
This includes the terrace, balcony and utility room.
The Neighborhood:
Belgravia is London at its most refined and grand. With stuccoed facades lining exclusive streets and garden squares. While in the heart of central London it is slightly less crowded. Hyde Park and Buckingham Palace are on your doorstep while the museum district of South Kensington is a leisurely stroll away. Explore the quaint antique shops, galleries, and furniture stores, alongside high-end fashion boutiques, fine-dining restaurants, and posh delis. Tie in a trip to Chelsea to soak up all the glamour London offers.

There are stairs inside the home.
We are committed to protecting our properties which is why weâve partnered with Truvi, the leading vacation rental-guest screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
For the comfort and safety of all our guests, we do not allow any parties or gathering in our apartments.
Age limit is 21 years or older to stay in any apartment (unless accompanied by parent/s)
Please be respectful of neighbours and keep noise to a minimum. Quiet hours are 20pm-8am.

I will be available to help sort out any issues or answer any questions during your stay. For any additional requests Out of office has a luxury lifestyle management focus and runs a 24 hour concierge service for guests. We can get you pretty much anything you need so don't hesitate to ask!
