Just five minutes walk to Balham tube (Northern line) and Rail (20 mins to London Bridge) and the open spaces of Wandsworth Common.
Ideal for business or leisure, our residence provides a cozy, well-located haven.
The space
Our loft apartment has recently been refurbished and is tastefully decorated with a Scandi feel.
The open-plan living space contains comfortable sofas, Smart 42" TV, dining area and is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up a delicious meal.
The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, built in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with shower.
The second bedroom also has a comfortable king size bed with space to store clothes.
There is a main bathroom with a bath and separate shower.
The entrance hall also provides space to accommodate a private working area, with a folding desk and work lamp, you are also free to easily move the desk to a space of your choice within the apartment.
Guest access
Access The Balham Loft effortlessly using the dedicated lift or opt for a more active approach via three flights of stairs. A garage remote is provided for your convenience; the garage is secure and located beneath the apartment block, with direct lift access to the loft.
