- No parties, events, social gatherings, or unauthorized guests
- Please respect our neighbors and keep the noise down after 10 pm

The building lift is currently out of service and undergoing maintenance, with an estimated return to service of June 2026 (subject to change). Please note that the apartment is currently accessible by stairs only, and guests should take this into account when booking.
