IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
- Age restriction: The primary guest booking and checking in must be at least 25 years old. Families with children are welcome.
- Main booker & check-in: Keys will only be handed to the person who made the booking unless agreed in advance. At check-in, the booker and all guests aged 18+ must show a valid photo ID. A credit card may also be required.
- ID & security: For security and fraud prevention, we may request passport or ID verification before arrival. This applies to all guests over 16 years of age.
- Arrival time: Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the âSpecial Requestsâ box when booking, or contact the property directly using the details in your confirmation.
- Guest numbers: Please ensure you book for the correct number of guests so that linen and towels can be provided accordingly.
- Special requests: All special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Key policy: Two sets of keys are provided. Lost keys or lockouts incur a ÂŁ100 replacement fee.
- Smoking and pets are not allowed.
- Parties, gatherings, and bachelor(ette) events are strictly forbidden.
- Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 08:00.
If these rules are violated, we reserve the right to cancel the booking with no refund.
