CURATED PROPERTY PRESENTS: This one-bedroom apartment occupies the entire first floor of this Georgian terraced house. Twin windows allow plenty of light into the living and newly renovated kitchen area. The apartment is furnished with contemporary touches providing a comfortable temporary home for up to 4 guests. Please note if you are staying with us for a longer stay the flat is situated for 2 guests with the occasional visitor using the sofa bed.

The Space:
The bedroom is located to the rear of the building to provide a quieter space away from the road and is fitted with a comfortable double bed and blackout blinds. The open plan dining / kitchen area has a kitchen which is well equipped and suitable for cooking substantial meals and the living area has a small table and comfortable sofa which can also be used as a sofa bed. The bathroom is located off the landing area and has a shower cubicle, toilet, sink and mirror.

The apartment features high speed wifi throughout and a smart TV.

Guest Access:
Guests will have sole access to the apartment as well as shared access to the front door, hallways, stairs and the apartment.

The Neighborhood:
Located centrally in the Hammersmith and Fulham borough, just a short walk from local restaurants and cafes and a 2 minute walk from Goldhawk Road station.

A 12 minute walk to Westfields, one of London's most popular shopping centres where you can spend your day roaming through the shopping center and enjoying all the pubs, restaurants and shops along the way.

Enjoy the lovely town center of Hammersmith which is a short 15 minute walk where you can enjoy a beautiful stroll along the river Thames where an abundance of shops, cafes, restaurants, bars and pubs are located.

Getting Around:
A 2 minute walk from Goldhawk Road Station, located on the Hammersmith and City line. 15 minute walk to Hammersmith where you can get access to the District or Piccadilly line. Alternately, walk 12 minutes to Shepherds Bush station where you have easy access to the Central line. All lines will take you 10-20 minutes to access all the sights that Central London have to offer :)

Other Things to Note:
The apartment is located directly on a main road so you do tend to hear noise from outside.
