Updated 4-bedroom home centrally located in Logan

Centrally located spacious home with four bedrooms lets you relax in comfort. Steps away from several restaurants and shopping. Off-street parking for four vehicles. Nice patio for grilling and relaxing. Easy access to the main thorough fare to go south, north, or east to recreation areas. Two family friendly ski resorts are within 35 minutes. Hiking, boating, fishing, biking and 4x4 trails are within minutes. Utah State University (USU) is a few blocks from the door. Close to hot springs.

Excellent one-level space with four comfortable bedrooms. One bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Two bedrooms have queen beds. One bedroom has twin beds. There is a roll-away bed that can be used in the living area to allow 10 people in beds. There is a second full bath that is available for all guests.

Large kitchen with full electric range, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. The kitchen includes a large island with four stools. The dining area has a large dining table that will seat 10 people. A separate laundry room is off the kitchen with washer and dryer (roll-away bed is also stored here.).

A two-car garage is available to guests.

A patio with a table and grill is also available for guests to use and enjoy evenings and mornings at the residence.

Wi-fi is available for our guests.

Our guests have access to the entire main level of the home including a patio with table and chairs and a BBQ grill.

Established neighborhood that is close to shopping and restaurants. Within walking distance to restaurants, parks, salons and entertainment.

Logan is easy to get around. Driving to theaters, malls and big box shopping is easy and plenty of parking. The university is just 5 minutes away and has plenty of parking in the area for events and museums.

Logan does have a public transit bus system. That runs throughout the day with more limited routes on Sunday.

We hope you enjoy your stay with us. We have spent a lot of time creating a great environment for you to enjoy. Please help us keep our place nice for future guests.

- Parking for our guests is reserved in the garage (West Side) and in the driveway (West Side). Room for four vehicles. Parking is not allowed on the street in front of the house any time of the year (per city ordinance). No on-street parking during winter months (November 15th through March 15th).

- No open flames inside the house.

- No smoking inside the home, or within 25 feet of the residence. No vaping inside the home.

- Upon leaving, place dishes in dishwasher and start the dishwasher.

- Upon leaving, place dirty towels, dish rags, pillow cases in the washer and start the wash cycle.

- Check to make sure stove, oven, and BBQ Grill is turned off.

- Lock all doors and windows of the home before you leave.

Note: Parking on the East Side of the home is reserved for residents of adjoining apartment.

One of the cleanest rentals we have stayed in! Communication was quick and effective from start to finish. We had everything we needed. It is clear that the owner cares about this property and keeps it clean and well maintained. Having a garage to park in was spectacular!Location is great. You can walk to Zupas and a Mexican place, a huge Smith’s marketplace is right across Main Street. The area is quiet which was nice.The linens were spotless and fresh. The AC worked well in all the bedrooms (it was 97 degrees when we were there) so that was nice for sleeping. The WiFi was great.Kitchen was spacious and up to date. We had everything we needed to cook for ourselves including a BBQ outside that we didn’t use because it was just too hot to be outside.We were in Logan for a wedding and this rental was a lovely oasis to come back to after all the hubbub of the days.It is exactly as pictured. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The place is convenient to downtown Logan that comes with urban noises which were mostly covered up by the AC. The kitchen is not well supplied - not so much as a salt and pepper shaker, no wine glasses, cheese grater etc. However, our biggest beef was a steady stream of people coming in the house like the cleaning people came the day after we checked in. They had left the supply closet open and some laundry in a basket. We weren’t there when they returned but we could tell they had been there. The handyman came twice. It felt like a steady stream of people and our privacy was invaded. Also, there was no one in the basement apartment but if that had been occupied it would have been bad. We would never stay there again.

What a fabulous place!

Seriously, we couldn't have had a better home to stay in this weekend. There were 7 adults (my husband and I, 3 of our children plus 2 of them are married as well). There was plenty of space to hang out, to lounge on the comfy couches. We have 2 chefs in the family, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking big meals. Comfy beds, 2 full bathrooms, ... Perfect. Oh, and the grocery store is a 5 minute walk from the house, great for that ice cream we didn't get on the first run! Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful home and fantastic location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable and very clean home. It is very warm and inviting. There were 4 ladies on this girls trip and we each had our own bedrooms. It is a very nice house for games in the dining/kitchen area. The living room furniture is large enough for all of us to sit comfortably. The master bedroom has a huge TV, in case people want to watch something different than what is on in the living room. The kitchen area included great snacks on the island!We also enjoyed the patio table and chair out back. The weather was absolutely beautiful in Logan the week we were there. I highly recommend this home and all of it's amenities for anyone!

House is in an older neighborhood. It was quiet and appeared to be safe. Good dining option and a grocery were very close. Welcome fruit basket and some K-cups was a nice touch. A drip coffee maker would have been useful for multi-cup drinkers. A garage door remote would have made using the garage easier.
