**Be sure to check the box for PETS when booking. If not, the pet fee will be added to your bill once you arrive. The backyard is gated and there are dog dishes and doggy bags for your convenience. Guest must clean up after their pets, and prevent them from roaming onto neighboring properties. Guests will be held financially responsible for any damage caused by their pets.

Cell service is very limited in the area. Reliable satellite internet is provided. As with most of the Hocking Hills/Wayne National Forest Region, we do experience occasional outages beyond our control.
