Heated 12Ă24 ft, small pool coming May 25 and open through September 10. Fits 8 to 10 guests comfortably, with fencing and deck planned. Itâs designed for relaxing and cooling off rather than lap swimming. Design and location may change; photos shown are renderings.

The property has 4 full bathrooms. Two are on the main floor and one is downstairs, and one in the garage game room.
You can let yourself in using a custom code on the door keypad.
We welcome pets! Please be sure to include your pets when booking. Thereâs just a $50 pet fee per animal for the stay.
The game room is a detached garage. It has A/C, heat, and Wi-Fi. Please use the garage specific Wi-Fi network for the best connection and speeds.
The cabin has high speed spectrum internet service. It is fast and stable.
Cell phone service can be spotty. We suggest that you make calls using Wi-Fi based apps like Facetime, FB Messenger, or WhatsApp. Also, driving around 8 minutes into Logan will ensure you have consistent cell service for a regular call.
Driveway provides ample parking for at least 8 cars. Please note that the driveway is steep. There are 3 spots at the top of the driveway. It does require a little creativity and maneuvering after 7 cars. The driveway is on a fairly steep hill. Itâs best to use the concrete lane when driving up for better traction and an easier climb.
Booking confirms agreement to sign a rental agreement and liability waiver prior to arrival.
The bunk beds have a weight limit of 250 lbs. for the bottom bunk and 200 lbs. for the top. Please limit each bed to one person and avoid climbing or horseplay on them to prevent accidents.
Golf simulator uses a Skytrak launch monitor. We provide clubs and balls for the simulator, but recommend bringing your own for the best experience.
For your safety and ours, the property is equipped with one exterior security camera, above the front door.
The home is set up for a maximum of 16 guests at any time, including daytime visitors. If your group size may exceed this, please check with us in advance so we can discuss options.
Unapproved extra guests may result in cancellation without refund.
The cabin is stocked with basic toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, and soap, along with fresh towels, bed linens, kitchen essentials, and laundry detergent.
