Cabine-Salle de bain privée-Standard-Big Woody Cabin

Cabine pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes avec bain à remous, cuisine, table de salle à manger, coin salon avec télévision à écran plat et lecteur DVD.

Deux chambres privées avec lits queen et un futon gigogne dans le salon.

La cuisine comprend cuisiniĂšre / cuisiniĂšre, micro-ondes, rĂ©frigĂ©rateur et plats standard, assiettes, casseroles, poĂȘles, ustensiles.

Pont arriĂšre avec bain Ă  remous, barbecue Ă  gaz et petite table et chaises.

Chauffage et climatisation. Serviettes et draps fournis.

Cette cabine ne dispose pas de réception TV, cùble ou satellite, apportez donc des films à regarder sur le lecteur DVD. Nous n'avons pas non plus de téléphone dans cette cabine, mais nous avons une cabine téléphonique publique sur la propriété à votre disposition.

The cabin was nice, the hot tub clean and ready to use. The beds were okay, the pillows were clean but had no pillow cases and very fluffy/flat. The bed in the left room, watch your feet, legs, the bed frame needs turned around! Overall a good stay, relaxing in the woods, but close enough to town for food or drinks and lots of activities. We would stay again

First of all, I am not saying this because I want some kind of discount or refund. I'm saying it because people should know. It was dirty and run down. Yes, it had clean sheets on the old bouncy bed with flat pillows. It was dusty and dirty and everything was old. Like 30 year old furniture. The grill was old and dirty, along with the appliances. The structure has great bones and excellent potential! Just lacking effort from the hosts. Oh and the hot water was luke warm

Cabin was absolutely disgusting. Mouse droppings, mold, dirty air filters, etc. I would consider it a health hazard to stay here. We communicated the unusable state when we arrived (and immediately left to find a hotel) and host has been unwilling to provide a refund. Save yourself the hassle for this overpriced, disgusting 'cabin'.

Hot tub was clean, as were the towels. Mold in bathroom and kitchen cupboards. Some pans were not safe as non-stick coating was all but off of the interior of the skillet. Beds were lumpy. Only one blanket per bed and no top sheet. Refrigerator had water running thru it and out of it. Shelf in living room had thick coating of dust (we cleaned it) oven filthy and smelled when we lit it. None of the burners worked until my husband plugged them in. Only one outlet in each bedroom. 2 sofas were too low for me to sit on. Parking was at the top of a hill and since I gave back problems it was near impossible for me to get up and down. Fire ring was wonderful! Scenery all around was beautiful!

The cleaniness of the cabin was very poor. It appeared as though the cabin had not been cleaned in quite a while. It did not appear as though the property inside or out had routine maintainence. Also, there weren't any pillow cases on the pillows in one of the bedrooms and also no sheet. There were no additional sheets or pillow cases to use. We would not stay here again or recommend this lodging.

Worst Cabin Experience

My family has been going to Hocking Hills for over a decade now and this has been by far the worst cabin we have stayed in. The description of the property omits a lot of key details and I wonder how many of the 10/10 reviews are real. The description says that 4 wheel drive is required in winter, but the road up to the cabin is barely accessible year round with the ruts and potholes. Yes technically parking is available, but it doesn’t mention that it is at the top of the hill and the cabin is at the bottom so you have to lug all of your luggage up and down that hill. The smoke detector was off the wall on top of the fridge with no battery in it which is illegal, the fridge was dripping water from the top of it or the freezer which pooled inside of it and can ruin anything in it, the oven had some caked on gunk on the bottom so I don’t know when it was cleaned last and made the cabin stink when I turned it on, there are holes in the bathroom floor, the provided towels are kid sized so good luck drying off after using the moldy shower, the door knobs were broken and the doors didn’t shut, the fire pit was full of ash and no tools were provided since they didn’t clean it out so it was very difficult to start a fire, and the DVD player remote batteries were dead and no extra supplies like that were provided.I took pictures of all of these things in case people didn’t believe me but vrbo doesn’t let you attach them (which is a separate issue).

Great for price

It was a nice place for the price but could use some updating. Floors in bathroom were coming up, underneath the beds it appeared(was a sock from a different guest, dust and gravel)as if they have not been cleaned under, the silverware was just stuck in a basket, the grill was very dirty, appliances work and fridge was clean but very out of date as well as the stove. The drive getting up to the cabin was awful. I have all wheel drive and didn’t think I would make it bc the dips in the gravel were so rough you could get the speed up to go. The neighborhood on the way in was kind of rough as well. No wifi which we didn’t care. The hot tub was nice tho

Owner needs to upgrade Big Woody cabin

Those with allergies to mildew should not rent until owner graciously rips up old, mildewy bedroom carpets. Side note: might consider repairing the loose wiring in the bathroom ceiling light, as it flickers off occasionally. Might even try caring to grate the awful the gravel driveway, which a small car would lose it's undercarriage to.

Cute little cabin but the road leading to the cabin most likely messed up my car and there was holes in the floor with one of them leaking but overall served its purpose! Gave us the real cabin camping lifestyle!

Very nice getaway

The location is great. It feels nice and homey when you walk in. We enjoyed the outdoors. Grilled burgers. We enjoyed the fresh air and being near the trees. We enjoyed movies and games. A fun family time out. The coffee emporium down the street was amazing. So many things to check out and explore. Definitely want to revisit Hocking Hills again

Nice property. Nice Cabin. But needed a deep clean. We understand it's a cabin in the woods, but the dust on the ceiling fan has been there for years and the dust under the beds was thick.

The cabin was horrible. Didnt look like pictures. Was not pictures of this particular cabin. The outside had cigarette butts and trash laying around. Walked into the cabin and smelled awful. Floor wasnt swept. Rat turds in the cupboards. Food left in the pull out couch that fell out when opened. Hottub was nice. And it was convenient that you could only stay one night. If we could of found another option we would of left.

Relaxing stay! Cozy cabin!

The cabin is as listed. I had read the reviews about having to park at the top of the hill and walk down to the cabin, and you do! You cannot drive up to the door of the cabin! You park up in the parking spot provided and walk down a gravel path to the cabin. The cabin itself is cozy. The futon inside has seen better days, but we had no use for it anyway, but there is also a love seat to sit on. The hot tub was nice and relaxing. Everything is provided, so that was really nice. We only needed our toiletries, and food. We had a really great time while we were there!
