Piotrkowska Studio with Mezzanine is a charming apartment located in the historical Dawid Szmulewicz Tenement in the absolute heart of Łódź, with a direct view of Piotrkowska Street - the longest pedestrian street in Europe. The courtyard with the fountain at Piotrkowska 37 has been hailed as the most beautiful backyard in Łódź, and the building itself is a unique, meticulously restored structure where you can feel the spirit of the city's past industrialists. The original floors in the corridors, preserved window and door carpentry with the utmost care, and adorned antique steel-and-wood stairs are inspiring. From the apartment, through a Venetian window over three meters high, resting on the original 19th-century windowsill, you can admire the vibrant main artery of the city. Piotrkowska is the most characteristic and historic promenade in Poland, full of life and a unique atmosphere. A multitude of restaurants (legendary Polish dumplings on the floor below), cafes (we recommend the nearby Owoce i Warzywa), unique boutiques, souvenir shops, and nightclubs are right at your feet. Piotrkowska Street is also the epicenter of all cultural events and happenings, hosting concerts, film festivals, fairs, and various artistic events that attract both residents and tourists. Piotrkowska is also known for its lively nightlife: in the evening, when numerous bars, pubs, and clubs come alive, it becomes the entertainment center for locals and guests alike. In the immediate vicinity, there are many tourist attractions worth visiting, such as EC1 (the first urban heat and power plant, currently the most interesting building in the city), the Museum of the City of Łódź in the historic Poznański Palace, or the Grand Theatre. Within reach are numerous shops, cafes, restaurants, entertainment venues, service points, and shopping centers: Manufaktura and Galeria Łódzka (all within about a 10-minute walk). The apartment is well-connected to the rest of the city due to numerous bus and tram stops, as well as railway stations (Łódź Fabryczna, Łódź Kaliska). Thanks to this, guests can easily reach all the other attractions offered by the city, such as the spectacular zoo, the botanical garden known for its romantic tulip installations, or the Fala water park.

Guests have access to a range of practical amenities, including a television, a washing machine, an iron, a hair dryer, a refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave, a coffee maker, and kitchen accessories.
