The apartment offers two bedrooms with sofa beds, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a spacious balcony where guests can relax with a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. It is equipped with fast free Wi-Fi, cable TV, a washing machine, an iron, a hairdryer, a vacuum cleaner, a fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, an induction hob, an oven, a kettle, a coffee maker, and kitchenware. Guests can use the public outdoor parking area without a guarantee of available spaces.

At the beginning of the stay, a starter set of basic toiletries is provided, such as toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and shower gel, in an amount sufficient for the first few days. For full comfort during longer stays, it is recommended to bring your own additional supplies.
