The coffee bar is fully stocked. The coffee maker makes regular carafe coffee, which you would have to bring your own ground coffee for. It also uses Keurig coffee pods, which we provide. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the basic necessary utensils needed to prepare and serve food. Guests have access to a hairdryer, vacuum, iron, ironing board, and clothes hangers.


▪ The property sits on Archer Ave so there will be some road noise. The road noise can vary depending on time of day, local events, and season.
▪ The back part of the yard is heavily wooded, so small wild animal sightings can happen (ie. bunnies, coyotes, racoons, bugs, mice, squirrels, toads, etc.).
