Set amid the tranquil Mallorcan countryside, on the outskirts of Lloret de Vistalegre, this contemporary home accommodates up to eight guests and features a private swimming pool along with charming rural views. It is the perfect retreat for those seeking to relax in a natural environment, enjoying complete privacy and a true sense of escape.
The outdoor spaces are designed to be enjoyed at any time of day. The property boasts a 10 x 4 metre outdoor chlorine swimming pool with a constant depth of 2 metres, ideal for cooling off and unwinding in complete comfort. Beside the pool, a practical outdoor shower adds extra convenience. The setting is completed by a covered porch, perfect for shaded meals, two terraces for relaxing or sunbathing, and a built-in barbecue that invites you to enjoy long, memorable evenings with family or friends.
The interior of the house is arranged over two contemporary floors, offering a perfect balance of space and functionality. On the ground floor you will find the main living room, equipped with a Smart TV and satellite channels, seamlessly connected to the dining area. The separate kitchen features induction hobs and a dining table, as well as a laundry area integrated into the pantry, complete with washing machine, iron and ironing board. This floor also includes a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobes, and a fan, along with a full bathroom with a shower. On the first floor, a second lounge with sofa and TV provides an additional space for relaxation. This level hosts three bedrooms with air conditioning: one with a double bed, fan, wardrobes, and a dressing room, with an en-suite bathroom featuring a bathtub and hydromassage shower; and two further bedrooms, each with two single beds, fans, and wardrobes. A third full bathroom with a bathtub serves this floor. The house is equipped with five fans and an adiabatic cooling system that naturally refreshes the indoor environment on the ground floor. For families travelling with babies, a cot and high chair are also available.
The property is set in the rural surroundings of Lloret de Vistalegre, in the heart of the Pla de Mallorca, a peaceful and authentic area characterised by farmland, almond trees and vineyards. It is the ideal choice for those seeking tranquillity, nature, and the islandâs most traditional character. From here, you can enjoy cycling and walking routes along quiet country paths, visit nearby villages such as Sineu or Algaida, and sample local cuisine in traditional cellers. Within a comfortable 30 to 35-minute drive, you can reach the fine sandy beaches of the north, including AlcĂșdia Beach and Can Picafort. Several golf courses, such as Son Gual and PuntirĂł, are also within easy reach, as well as the Santuari de Cura, renowned for its spectacular panoramic views over Mallorca.
