Villa Lere is located in the village of Šišan, near Pula. The location of the villa is ideal for those who want to spend their vacation in nature, but still want to be close to the sea. In fact, the nearest beach is only 3 km away. The villa has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and is designed for 6 people, and also allows pets.



The interior of the villa is 155 m² and consists of a ground floor and an upper floor. On the ground floor you will find a space for relaxation and dining, consisting of a kitchen, dining room and living room. The kitchen is modern and equipped with all the appliances you need to prepare meals. Next to the kitchen is a dining table where you can enjoy your freshly prepared meals. The living room has a large corner sofa, ideal for movie nights and family gatherings. All rooms are air conditioned.



The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 on the ground floor and 1 on the 1st floor. All rooms have ensuite bathrooms with underfloor heating. 2 rooms are equipped with double beds, while 1 room has 2 single beds. All rooms have spacious wardrobes to store your clothes and the bathroom is equipped with hairdryers and toiletries.



In the courtyard of the villa, which extends over 600 m², you will find a swimming pool with a sunbathing area and several relaxation areas. On the terrace in front of the living room there is a small dining table, ideal for a family breakfast or afternoon coffee. On the other side of the villa, facing the pool, there is a summer kitchen with an outdoor dining area. We know that the greatest pleasure in summer is al fresco cooking and in this villa you will be able to do this at any time of the day. Treat yourself to a barbecue and then enjoy the warm summer evenings with a glass of wine and a guitar.



Villa Lere is perfectly located. There is a restaurant, a café and a shop in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation and, as mentioned, the nearest beach is only 10 minutes away by car. There are also numerous hidden coves and the Monte Madonna lookout, which offers a panoramic view of the Kvarner islands.
