Soaring Eagle Guest Cabin is professionally managed by Cole Property Management, a Livingston, Montana based high-touch, high-service property management company. We are available via Airbnb or other booking platform messaging, email, phone or text should guests have requests before, during or after their visit. Please do not hesitate to reach out!

Located in the private Meredith Ranch community, Soaring Eagle Guest Cabin is located on a private 1,000 acre ranch with rural back roads and trails for exploring all the area has to offer. Just on the outskirts of Livingston, the cabin is the perfect central location for your Montana adventure down the Paradise Valley, towards Yellowstone National Park, over to explore the Bozeman and Gallatin County area, or just to stay put and enjoy the views, solace and privacy at Soaring Eagle.

Soaring Eagle Guest Cabin is dedicated to our guests, offering complete privacy and luxury on the 1,000 acre ranch.
Guests are welcome to walk, cross country ski or mountain bike on the property. The main residence and barn just up the road are not accessible for guests. We kindly ask guests do not use motorized vehicles such as ATV's and snowmobiles anywhere on the ranch. During the winter months, we recommend driving or renting a vehicle equipped with 4WD for ease of snowy driving. Parking is available in the driveway, however RV's and motorhomes are not allowed on the property due to limited parking and turning radius.

Welcome to Soaring Eagle Guest Cabin, a custom-built timber frame home spanning 1,400 square feet of Montana-inspired luxury. Finished in 2023, this beautifully appointed cabin features 10 ft ceilings throughout and expansive windows framing the breathtaking views of the Absaroka, Crazy, and Beartooth mountain ranges. From the front porch, enjoy panoramic views of Paradise Valley and the historic skyline of Livingston while sipping your coffee or evening beverage from the wood rocking chair, iron swing, or glider.

Surrounded by abundant wildlife, including mule deer, elk, birds and even the occasional Bald or Golden Eagle, this 1,000-acre ranch offers a peaceful retreat in Big Sky Country. Inside, the open-concept floor plan showcases artistically crafted iron door hardware, custom concrete floors and area rugs, all complemented by central heating and air conditioning for year-round comfort.

The fully equipped kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring custom cabinetry, a large butcher block island with high top seating and brand new stainless steel appliances perfect for whipping up a gourmet meal. Granite countertops complete the space, stocked with all the amenities of home. Dine in style at the rustic wood dining table with seating for the whole group.

Relax in the living room with high-end furnishings, a Legend Flame electric fireplace, and a 65-inch HD flat screen SmartTV Roku for streaming. Enjoy the multi-color flame settings and crackling sounds on chilly evenings while playing board games or watching your favorite shows.

When it's time to retire, the master ensuite offers a king bed with a Super Posture mattress, Pendleton linens, ample closet space and a custom bathroom with a walk-in slate shower. The two guest bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds, are also outfitted with plush linens and Super Posture mattresses, ensuring comfort throughout your stay. The guest bath doesn't miss a beat with a walk-in slate shower and a full stock of linens and toiletries.

For extended stays, a separate laundry room with a GE extra-large capacity washer and dryer makes life easy. The laundry room is fully stocked with supplies and the cabin also includes a large pantry and hall closet for extra storage.

Step outside to enjoy the back patio with a picnic table and gas grill, perfect for dining in the cool mountain air. Explore the 1,000 acres of private ranch land via the dirt country roads or simply take in the serene beauty of your surroundings. Soaring Eagle Guest Cabin is surrounding by rolling dirt back roads with epic views of three mountain ranges. By car, Soaring Eagle is just minutes from downtown Livingston and all the restaurants, bars, shops, galleries and more we have to offer. Drive a bit further - it's only a 30 minute drive from Bozeman and Bridger Bowl Ski Area and just short of an hour drive to Yellowstone National Park - a perfect central hub for your Montana vacation. Catch some high mountain exercise -- walk, run or bike throughout the neighborhood roads.

PETS: Soaring Eagle does NOT allow pets. Service Animals (SA) are always welcome. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) require verified documentation from a licensed mental health professional at least 48 hours before arrival. Guests are responsible for any SA or ESA related damages.

FIRE SAFETY: Fire danger is high in our area -- no outdoor fires or charcoal bbqs, please.
