The property is located in Wavertree, a well-established residential suburb of Liverpool situated to the south-east of the city centre. The area has a strong local community feel and offers a practical and convenient base for both leisure and work-related stays. The immediate surroundings are primarily residential, providing a comfortable neighbourhood atmosphere while remaining close to local shops and everyday amenities.
Wavertree High Street is nearby and offers a range of supermarkets, cafés, takeaways and essential services. The area is also well positioned for access to the University of Liverpool, Liverpool Women’s Hospital and the Knowledge Quarter, making it particularly convenient for academic, medical and professional visitors. Green spaces such as Wavertree Botanic Park and The Mystery (Wavertree Playground) are also within easy reach, offering open parkland and recreational facilities.
Getting Around:
The property benefits from excellent transport links into Liverpool city centre and across the wider region.
