Welcome to our spacious, beautiful lower ground floor apartment in Liverpoolâs Georgian Quarter!
This apartment is the perfect base for Couples, families looking to explore Liverpool or a homey space for gathering, and Corporate Guests for business visits.
Enjoy 3-stylishly decorated bedrooms, a fully equipped Kitchen, a dining area and a cosy lounge to relax after a day out in the City!

Although the prevalence of the apartment is underground, the living space in the flat certainly gives you a homey and cosy feeling with lots of sunlight from outside.
**Please note that a baby cot & high chair are available on request. Please send the request upon booking to ensure we can prepare one for your stay. A minimum of 48 hours' notice should be given**
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the apartment. We provide a self-check-in service with a keypad door lock, with full details shared shortly before your arrival.
The apartment has ground-floor access, with the bedrooms situated on the lower, underground level. Please note that this is accessible only via stairs.
The property is located within a residential area, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
Please make sure to return the parking permit into the flat upon check-out. Missing of parking permit can results in a deposit charge of ÂŁ100.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorized late check out will incur a charge.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
This dog friendly accommodation welcomes one furry companion in each apartment. To ensure your petâs comfort, kindly inform us in advance so we can make the necessary preparations. Please note, only dogs are permitted.

Situated in the Georgian Quarter, a prestigious neighbourhood known for its remarkable architecture, scenic buildings, and original cobbled streets, this apartment serves as the perfect base for everyone!
Step out the front door and youâll find yourself amidst some of Liverpoolâs most stunning architecture, with the neighbourhood showcasing its timeless beauty. Just a short stroll away are Hope Street and the city centre, where you can explore a variety of delightful restaurants, cosy cafes, theatres, and concert venues.
This beautiful, colourful apartment is just a short stroll from the City Centre and near some brilliant places to visit, including, the historic Liverpool Cathedrals and The Philharmonic Hall!
The Georgian Quarter area is well known for its top theatres and performance spaces, ideal for those with an artistic flair.
For a peaceful retreat, head to Falkner Square Gardens and enjoy the lush greenery.
Getting Around:
The closest bus stops are on Catharine Street, just a 3-minute walk away. From here, you can get into the City Centre and also out to Liverpool John Lennon Airport.
The apartment is a 17-minute walk to Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Stations for travel in/out of Liverpool by train.
Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town and usually cost under ÂŁ10.
If you're feeling adventurous, you can take one of the City's Electric Scooters to ride you around town!
