The Space:

This beautiful, central apartment has everything to make you feel at home. The cosy living room consists of a huge corner sofa, which doubles up as a sofa bed for larger groups. There's a flat screen TV provided. The dining table with seating is great for dining as well as working. The kitchen has everything you may need for a short stay.



Both bedrooms have super comfy double beds. There are two bathrooms, a main bathroom with a bath and shower and an ensuite with a stand up shower.



The apartment is a stones throw from Liverpool's Bohemian area of Bold Street. Here you will find some amazing independent bars, restaurants and shops - not to be missed.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the apartment. We are always here to help if needed but prefer to offer a complete hassle-free experience for our guests!



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is located just off Reneshaw Street, literally 2 minutes away from the historic Bombed out church! Super close the Hope street and Bold street, home of some of the best restaurants and bars in Liverpool!



The beautiful Georgian quarter is only a 12 minute walk from the apartment, and the Liverpool One shopping centre only 8 minutes away! Isn't this just the perfect hub if you are planning to visit Liverpool?



The apartment is neighboured by other apartments which have kind and respectful residents. Please be kind and respectful back.



Getting Around:

All of Liverpool's city centre attractions are within walking distance however if guests wish to venture further afield, the transport links are plentiful. Liverpool Lime Street Train Station and Liverpool One Bus Station are only a short stroll away!



There is a secure car park just a 5-minute walk away from the property!

Other Things to Note:

The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Liverpool - L1 Minimarket that is about 8 minute walk. This is located at Unit 1, 1 Sankey Street, Liverpool, L1 5EA. Use this time to familiarise yourself with the area and take in the vibrant City atmosphere Liverpool has to offer!



The store is open from 07:00 - 23:00 on Mondays - Thursdays, 7:00-00:00 on Fridays, 08:00 - 00:00 every Saturday and 09:00 - 23:00 on Sundays. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.



We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation.



** Please note that there is currently some building and maintenance work ongoing outside the apartment. This should not be too disruptive, but there may be periods of heightened noise in the apt.**



The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.



We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.



The apartment is located on the 5th floor.



The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.



We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.



Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.



Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.



Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
