Beautifully decorated and expertly engineered, this retreat is all about wellness, connection, comfort, and plenty of room to relax and play. 

With over 5,000 square feet of open, light-filled living space, the home features 6 spacious bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, including four King Suites - two with private decks and two on the main floor for easy accessibility. A private office space, cozy reading nooks, and a convenient mudroom and two washer/ dryer sets offer function without sacrificing style. Each bedroom is spacious and thoughtfully designed to offer comfort and relaxation after a day on the lake. 

This home is consciously created with wellness in mind, featuring an advanced EMF management system that allows you to shut off power to each bedroom for a more restorative night of sleep. The space offers a lower-EMF environment for those seeking a more restorative, grounded experience—ideal for deep sleep, relaxation, and overall peace of mind.

At the heart of it all is a gourmet kitchen built for feeding a crowd, complete with two full-size refrigerators, two dishwashers, a glassware dishwasher, and a large island perfect for snacks, prep, and casual conversation. The oversized dining table is where stories are shared, games are played, and meals become memories. 

An inviting waterside screened porch is the perfect all-season experience. Outfitted with a remote-control screen, you can easily open up to create more open space or close things off for a cozy evening. The 10-foot water depth allows for safe swimming, easy kayaking, and fantastic fishing right from the dock. To get you started...

Bathrooms: Bathrooms are stocked with courtesy hair dryers, travel-size soaps and shampoos designed for quick "off the shelf" use. Each bathroom has a roll of septic-friendly toilet tissue as a starter. You are encouraged to bring whatever you feel you might need beyond the courtesy items provided.

Kitchen Items:  Kitchen is stocked with 1 roll of paper towels, a couple trash bags for the kitchen trashcan, travel-size dish soap, a couple dishwasher pods. We do not provide condiments. You are encouraged to bring whatever you feel you might need beyond the courtesy items provided.

Linens Provided:  Linens & towels are included. Each guest is provided bath towel and a washcloth as part of the linen package. Guests will find their bath towels folded on each bed. NOTE: We do not provide beach towels or dock towels!

A few more tid-bits...  :)

Septic System:  The house, like 99% of all lake homes on Lake Gaston, uses a septic system.  This system is a finely balanced biological system.  Please help us keep it working flawlessly by flushing ONLY toilet paper.  Renters are responsible for any damage caused by misuse.

Navigating the Lake: Bow-Riders and deep draft Wake Board boats need to check their Hummingbirds to ensure adequate depth in all coves.  Pontoons should have no issues and everyone is welcome to tie off at the dock with rental boat.(make sure to bring your bumpers!). Be sure to lower your bimini top when going under bridges or through culverts.  Appearances can be deceiving!

Security Camera Disclosure:  We take your privacy very seriously.  However, this home is monitored by exterior security cameras.  The cameras do not record sound. 
***Camera Locations: Dock, front door, front of house - 3 angles, front side door, backyard - 3 angles, side yard

Trash:  Please bag all trash and place it in the outdoor receptacles for pickup. We also provide concierge trash service, which means that if you have an overflow issue during your stay, we will pick-up the excess trash! Just give us a call or text.

Parking:  Please park only on gravel to avoid damaging sprinkler heads in grass. Please do not park on the septic field which is the grassy area to the front & right of the house as you pull in. Do not block access for trash truck and landscaping trucks..

Boat Trailers:  All boat trailers should be parked to the left of the house just past the driveway. Please park trailers in this designated area only.

Life Jackets: Guests are asked to bring their own life jackets to ensure safety and proper fit for everyone.

Boathouse: Quick note here for our boaters...the lifts are NOT available, but you can tie off at the dock.  Water depth at the end of the dock is approximately 10 ft. deep.
