To get you started...

The bathrooms are stocked with courtesy hair dryers, soaps and shampoos designed for quick "off the shelf" use.   Each bathroom has a roll of septic-friendly toilet tissue as a starter. You are encouraged to bring whatever you feel you might need beyond the courtesy items provided.

The kitchens are pre-stocked with starter supplies of paper towels, a trash bag for the kitchen trashcan, dish soap, dishwasher pods and a fresh sponge.  You are encouraged to bring whatever you feel you might need beyond the courtesy items provided depending on your length of stay.

Linens Provided:  Linens are charged as a mandatory separate fee at checkout and will be available at the home, safety-sealed, at the foot of each bed.

Towels Provided:   Each guest is provided a bath towel and a washcloth as part of the linen package. Hand towels are provided in each bathroom.  NOTE: We do not provide beach towels or dock towels!

A few more tid-bits...  :)

1.  Pet-friendly:  We know what it's like to have dogs that are part of the family, so we welcome well-behaved, fully housebroken dogs (limit 2). All dogs will need to be registered on the Lake Gaston Vacation Rentals site, and they must be supervised at all times or in a crate if home alone. Please respect our home by keeping the dogs off of the furniture, inside and outside.  It is the owner's responsibility to clean up any pet waste.  No cats please. 

2.  Septic System: The house, like 99% of all lake homes on Lake Gaston, uses a septic system.  This system is a finely balanced biological system.  Please help us keep it working flawlessly by flushing ONLY toilet paper.  Renters are responsible for any damage caused by misuse.

3.  Navigating the Lake: Bow-Riders and deep draft Wake Board boats need to check their Hummingbirds/Garmins to ensure adequate depth in all coves.  Pontoons should have no issues and everyone is welcome to tie off at the dock with rental boat.(make sure to bring your bumpers!).

4.  Culverts & Bridges:  Be sure to lower your bimini top when going under bridges or through culverts.  Appearances can be deceiving!

5. Security Camera Disclosure:  We take your privacy very seriously.  However, this home is monitored by exterior security cameras in the following locations: 
Camera 1 - South side of property with a view of the driveway
Camera 2 - South side of property overlooking back (lakeside) yard
Camera 3 - East side of property facing the boat house / lake
Camara 4 - Doorbell camera

6.  No Smoking: There is absolutely no smoking on the property. 

7.  Life Jackets: Guests are asked to bring their own PFD's for maximum safety and proper fit.  If you are at a home that provides watercraft, you will need to ensure you bring your own properly fitted PFD.

8.  Quick note here for our boaters...the lifts are NOT available, but you can tie off at the dock.
