Easy access to I-40 interstate. Between Conway and Little Rock. Makes travel to kid friendly things to do. Urban air and trampoline in Conway, zoo in Little Rock, Burns park in North Little Rock, indoor swimming pool that my grandson spent a lot of time in on rainy days. Breakfast every morning, every staff member was courteous and accommodating.
Overall it was a good stay. The tv in my room did not work and the staff did everything they could to get it to work. But in the end we only was able to watch two stations. This was do to a former guest messing up the smart tv and not reconnecting back. They should have said something to the facility but you can't expect the facility to be a mind reader. Other than that it was great
The room and bathroom both had a bad smell and the tv would not work. The employee could not get it to work either. My plan was to have a family movie night and this room was not cheap. I felt so badly for the employee bc the first floor was literally flooding from a broken pipe when we checked in and she didnât have time to deal with the flood bc of how busy the front desk was at that time. We hope to avoid this place in the future. It seems to be understaffed and it was not the employees fault for any of this.
Tammy at check-in was super friendly and sweet. Hotel was extremely clean and we love the finished re-model. We come here yearly for a dance competition and love the hotel and location!
Worst hotel experience ever. Check in took an hour because they gave our room to someone else. Asked us to change rooms again at midnight. Kept waking us up. Everytime we left & came back, our keys had to be reactivated. The entire stay was chaotic. Breakfast would have been okay except staff was too busy visiting to stock supplies & food.
Will never stay here again.
Service was good. Bathroom was not clean. Front desk was apologetic but it was late and they couldnât offer much to fix it. Breakfast was warm with pancakes, beef and turkey sausage options.
The entire staff is friendly and helpful. The property is excellent and the breakfast is one of the best we've ever had in a hotel with excellent variety.
Was put on the 1st floor next to the swimming pool, and door entrance/exit. The people above us must of had kids, running all night slamming things on the floor. The doors slamming open and close until about midnight from people outside smoking and tons of traffic. Ask front desk to be moved about 11pm was told it would calm down eventually, we had to be up by 5:30am, front desk would not move us.
Great stay. Ice machine on 4th floor not in service and they use a lot of air freshener. If you have allergy issues proceed with caution. It smelled good, just way too much of it.
