Memory making lake house with great view. 7 kayaks, pool table, ping pong table, hammock, zipline, fishing poles, picnic table, puzzles, and board games. Living room has a large sectional that looks out 20 feet of windows toward the lake. Amazing, large roofed deck. The 3 queen beds and 4 twin beds sleep 10. Kitchen is well stocked. Bird watchers dream. 15 minutes to Petit Jean State Park.
The space
The house is approximately 1700 SF with a master bedroom with a queen bed, a bunk room with a twin over queen bed and a twin over twin bunk bed, a game room with a pool table and another twin over queen bunk bed. In addition, the great room has an open kitchen and dining area with a large sectional that looks out two sliding glass doors and nearly 20 feet of large picture windows to the lake. The deck wraps three sides of the house with a 12x36 covered deck with two large 60-inch ceiling fans. While the house is level without any internal steps or even out onto the deck, there are steps down to the lake.
Guest access
Guest will have access to the whole house.
Other things to note
This house is level and easy to use for someone with mobility issues, but it sits high on a ridge and there are stairs to get down to the lake.
