Located in the northern part of Myrtle Beach, SC in the Little River Area, this condo has it all. Microwave oven, LCD TVs, and private bathrooms are included in the condo. I highly recommend using ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft. There is also Turo.

* No smoking or illegal drug use is permitted anywhere inside the property or on the premises.
* Parking is limited to a maximum of 2 vehicles. Please park only in the designated rear or side parking lot areas.

* Hanging clothes, towels, or other items on the balcony is not allowed.
* Please dispose of all trash in the dumpster located in the rear parking area of the condo building.
* Kindly help us maintain a clean and well-kept property by leaving the premises in the same condition as you found them.
* For safety and security, please make sure all doors are locked whenever exiting the unit.
* Please keep noise levels to a minimum at all times and be respectful of neighbors and other guests.
