The Space:

Neat and quiet 2BR bedroom apartment on the ground floor with 3 double beds. Can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guest. Kitchen fully equipped, dining area. Large bedroom with backyard access. Washer and dryer in the unit.



Guest Access:

*Outdoor pool. Indoor pool. Grilling area. Free parking.

* Motorcycles are not allowed

*Pool key available in the kitchen drawer. In case for loss of the key there is a $100 fee.

*No mailbox for this location.

* Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics (condiments are not included)

*Pest control will come to spray the unit every first Thursday of the month.

*Pets are NOT allowed.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)
