*This is NOT a party house. No parties of any kind are allowed! We take our relationships with our neighbors seriously. There are residents on either side. This home is for residential use only. Reservation will be cancelled without refund if complaints/notice of a party are received
*NO SMOKING anywhere on the property since the smoke carries inside the house and to our neighbors. No marijuana, cigars, cigarettes, nor vaping allowed. An additional fee will be charged if the smell of marijuana or cigarette is detected.
*There is one operational security camera located at the front door, in the form of a Ring doorbell which records both visually and audibly. There is also a security camera facing the driveway & street and is actively recording 24/7 during your stay. We take your safety as well as your privacy very seriously.

Other things to note
**Group size is limited to 8 guests per local regulations, with a maximum of 4 cars in the driveway.** Street parking is not allowed. **No parties permitted, and curfew hours must be strictly followed.**
