The large windows offer wonderful views of the surrounding area, while allowing plenty of natural light to fill the rooms. Additionally, there are two modern bathrooms, both with walk-in showers to the highest standards, one of which features an infrared shower.

The heart of the apartment is the open-plan living area, featuring a high-quality SieMatic kitchen and a stylish dining area. Here, you can prepare culinary delights and enjoy them together at the dining table. The cozy living area, complete with a sofa, Smart TV, and ethanol fireplace, invites you to spend relaxing evenings. Enjoy the warmth of the fireplace and reflect on the day.
