The property beckons guests to explore its 17 acres of woodland and meadows or relax by the River Fowey â perfect for keen anglers. Its prime location near the A30 and A38 allows for easy trips to nearby beaches and coastal towns including Looe (10 miles) and Fowey (14 miles), where youâll find a mix of natural beauty and Cornish charm. Thereâs something here for everyone within 10 miles of home â whether youâre marvelling at the exotic flora and fauna of the Eden Project or visiting the National Trustâs impressive Victorian house at Lanhydrock (5 miles) to explore its country manor, gardens and parkland.
Enter this beautiful lodge and be greeted by a utility hallway where youâll find space to kick off walking boots and throw muddy clothes into the washing machine. Move through to the social heart of the home â the open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner â and uncover a charming base for your Cornish adventures. On balmy days, throw open the French doors to let the fresh air fill the lodge. Unwind in the lounge space after days of walking; sink into the soft seating and catch your favourite shows on the TV. When stomachs rumble, find all you need in the colourful corner kitchen to cook up a holiday feast, which can be enjoyed at the wooden dining table inside or alfresco-style out on the patio.
