Host did not respond to contact prior to the stay. I had reached out to review the dates I had booked and did not hear anything back. A week later, I messaged again without any response. I sent another message and got an automated response that the office was closed and the message would be reviewed the following work day. I never received a message directly from the host. I had concerns about the lack of communication and the follow-through on the access codes. It made me nervous that I did not receive the access codes until 1 hour before "check-in" I did receive them though. We were able to get to the apartment ok. The apartment was pretty nice, as expected. Everything was explained and information was provided well (wi-fi password, trash and noise expectations). The hot water tank was on the smaller size so we could only manage 1 hot shower at a time. I also had some concerns with the thicker blankets provided not being as clean as the sheets. Other than the couple of sticking points, the stay was nice.

Bright airy apartment in quiet location

Good location near restaurants, the tram service and metro all within walking distance. The kitchen is well equipped and the apartment is spacious. Lovely full height windows not overlooked. Modern double glazing but with original internal shutters. Very quiet. Grocery stores within 5 min walk.However the decor is a little tired in places. A broken drawer in the second bedroom, the bathroom mirror has lost its silver backing, the tiles around the bath have been redone recently but the bath baseboard needs replacing and repainting. The bath plug does not stay in the plug hole so you cannot actually use the bath.Overall we really enjoyed our stay, the location and kitchen deserves 4 stars.This is on the 4th floor with no lift, with a combined age of 140 and full suitcases it was not a problem for us but may not suit everybody.

Great stay! Simplistic Necessities

Everything was great, in a good location just close to busy areas, but in a nice quiet area if you like that. Short walk to really good coffee and look outs over the city.
