The subway station is right next to the building, just a few stops away from the city center.
Its just the perfect spot for a family holiday or to gather your friends for a city escape!
A spacious apartment ready to welcome your friends and family with a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your all time favorites or experiment with locally sourced Portuguese ingredients.
The TV service is supplied with an array of national and international channel of which you can take advantage of to keep updated with the lasted news or to enjoy a homely movie and popcorn session.
Quinta das Conchas and Quinta dos Lilases where once noble family holiday estates, built in the XVI and XIX century respectively. Back then, they were used by those families to spend bucolic summers away from the city hustle. Nowadays, they are the 3rd biggest leisure Park in Lisbon.
You can walk your way there to sunbathe, to enjoy one of the 2 cafe`terraces, to exercise or simply stroll through its refreshing greenery, since it is just 3 min away from the flat.
Close by there is a small organic farmers market where youÂŽll find locally sourced and traditional produce, as well as an organic cafe. Around the corner thereÂŽs an organic butcher. Also, there are plenty of local stores as well as services in the surrounding areas: Supermarkets / ATMs and Banks / Pharmacies / Public transports (Bus and Subway).
As this is a residential area, it is well supplied of public transports. The subway entrance is a few steps away from the building and on the main avenue (2 min away) there are bus stops which bus routes will take you to different destinations in Lisbon.
YouÂŽll find a taxi bay, 5 minutes away on the main avenue.
In case you rent a car, there are payed parking spots around the neighborhood.
