Just a few steps away from Saldanha and Picoas metro stations and also within convenient walking distance to the main sights, restaurants, cafes, parks and shopping centers, the apartment becomes the perfect place for couples or solo travelers to enjoy the charm of Lisbon's grand boulevards and cosmopolitan lifestyle.

The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe.

In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
ïż« The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.

ïż« For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumptions exceeding âŹ150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
