The open-concept layout combines living, dining, sleeping, and kitchen areas in a seamless and cozy space. It features a comfortable double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens, a sofa, a flat-screen TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table perfect for meals or work.

The kitchenette comes fully equipped with all the essentials, including cookware, utensils, an electric hob, and a coffee machine, making it easy to prepare your favourite dishes.

The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

The studio is professionally cleaned before every stay, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

IMPORTANT NOTE: THE STUDIO IS LOCATED ON THE 2nd FLOOR WITHOUT AN ELEVATOR.

Please note that the apartments are located in the Bairro Alto area, a lively part of the city. Noise may be heard at any time of the day or night.

Guests will have access to the entire home!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This address sits right in the heart of Lisbon’s lively Bairro Alto-Chiado neighbourhood, just a few minutes’ walk from the sweeping vista at Miradouro de São Pedro de Alcântara, where you can soak in panoramic views over the rooftops to the river and the Castelo de São Jorge.

The narrow cobbled lanes of Rua da Rosa and Rua da Atalaia roll down nearby and come alive in the evening with a mix of cosy wine bars, petisco taverns and bustling nightlife.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

The Baixa-Chiado metro station is just 5 minutes away

The Humberto Delgado Airport is just a 25-minute drive.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and a bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
