This charming 30m² apartment is conveniently located near the top attractions, shops, and supermarkets. The surrounding area also offers a wide variety of restaurants, giving you plenty of culinary options to explore.

The living room features a comfy sofa bed where you can relax, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. The area has a warm ambience, a lot of natural sunlight that brightens up the space, making it even more inviting.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with all the essentials you need to prepare a meal, including cookware, cutlery, an electric hob, microwave, coffee machine, and other utilities. A washing machine is also available for your convenience.

The bedroom is cosy and comfortable, with a double bed, a wardrobe, and hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

The bathroom includes all necessary amenities, towels, and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is professionally cleaned before every stay, guaranteeing a comfortable and pleasant experience.

IMPORTANT NOTE: IT IS LOCATED ON THE 3RD FLOOR WITHOUT AN ELEVATOR.

Please note that the apartments are located in the Bairro Alto area, a lively part of the city. Noise may be heard at any time of the day or night.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This address sits right in the heart of Lisbon’s lively Bairro Alto-Chiado neighbourhood, just a few minutes’ walk from the sweeping vista at Miradouro de São Pedro de Alcântara, where you can soak in panoramic views over the rooftops to the river and the Castelo de São Jorge.

The narrow cobbled lanes of Rua da Rosa and Rua da Atalaia roll down nearby and come alive in the evening with a mix of cosy wine bars, petisco taverns and bustling nightlife.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

The Baixa-Chiado metro station is just 5 minutes away

The Humberto Delgado Airport is just a 25-minute drive.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and a bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
